Located very close to the airport, with the stunning view of Mont Blanc behind the lake, the Hotel InterContinental provides a convenient and picturesque location for travelers. The spacious rooms with comfortable linens and pillows ensure a restful stay. The friendly and attentive staff offer excellent service, making guests feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any palate. the hotel features a beautiful lobby and a very good restaurant.

The bathroom facilities could use some improvement in terms of size and water pressure.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel that exceeded our expectations. the venue features exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, massage and a poolside snack bar. the staff provided impeccable service which made us feel welcomed. the room had exclusive advantages and was perfect for our needs. the buffet breakfast had a variety of delicious special diet menus. the location advantages are ideal for exploring and admiring the stunning surroundings.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of sun loungers by the pool which were always occupied. Despite this, the staff were able to assist us in finding an alternative solution.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super warm, friendly, and professional. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was modern and updated. The view from my room was great, with a stunning view of the UN and Lake. The food at the hotel was outstanding. The staff, from reception to concierge, were faultless and a real credit to the hotel. This hotel is clearly well-organized and managed.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet was great, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance of important landmarks like the United Nations building and Red Cross. We also appreciated the complementary transport card provided by the hotel, which could have been useful for getting around the city.

The poolside bar/restaurant had poor quality food for the price and the service was exceptionally slow. It took an average of an hour to order a drink and have it delivered to our table, despite the quiet atmosphere.

Great views, excellent pool and breakfast. Late check-out available. Free use of business center, internet, gym. Friendly staff. Convenient taxi service.

The luxury decor was impressive. The terrace at Woods restaurant served delicious brunch. The staff, especially Nicholas and Ibrahim, were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the pool was well-maintained. a pleasant stay.

The spa and massage session offered at the hotel was average and deemed slightly expensive for the services provided.

The American extravaganza luxury interior suited my fancy taste. Friendly and responsive staff. Excellent service. Convenient location, close to the airport. Beautiful views from the suite. Bright and spacious rooms. Impressive vegetarian and vegan options in room service menu.
